Thank you for your interest in the Peer Tutor position with Academic Services. The following steps are required to complete the application process. Please fill out this application in its entirety and be sure to answer all questions. Remember to distribute the recommendation form to professors for all courses you have requested to tutor. If selected for the next step in the application process, you will be contacted to set up an interview time.

Tutoring typically takes place from Sunday - Friday. Please indicate what times you would be available. Mornings 9:00-12:00 PM; Afternoons 1:00-5:00 PM; Evenings After 5:00 PM

Individual tutoring: Tutor has a set hour once a week (determined by tutor/tutee) to meet with their tutee(s). Drop-In tutoring: Tutor has set designated hour(s) each week for the specific course they have been hired to tutor. Students may arrive for help anytime during the scheduled hours. Small Group tutoring: Tutor has a set time once a week to meet with 4-6 students from the same course. The goal is for the tutor to facilitate discussion and encourage active participation among the group in order to help one another.
